Malbet Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Malbet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Malbet website located at https://malbet.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Malbet website, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Malbet is an English-language online betting information and platform access service targeting users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with Malbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• 3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Malbet strictly prohibits minors from accessing its Services.
• 3.2 You must be accessing the platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the Services for commercial or professional betting operations is not permitted without express written authorisation.
• 3.3 You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Services from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for verifying your legal entitlement to participate.
• 3.4 You must not be a current employee, agent, consultant, contractor or close relative of any employee of Malbet or any of its affiliated entities or technology partners.
• 3.5 You must not be the subject of any self-exclusion order, exclusion notice or court injunction relating to gambling.
• 3.6 You must be the beneficial owner of the funds you deposit. Deposits on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account with Malbet. Duplicate registrations — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address or household — are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your official identity document, a valid email address, your date of birth and a current contact number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Malbet requires all accounts to complete identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at any stage of account operation where Malbet has reasonable grounds to verify a user's identity, age or source of funds.

Typical KYC documentation for Pakistani users may include:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back — or a valid Pakistani passport.
• Proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement or equivalent), where required by applicable compliance standards.
• A selfie or liveness verification check as prompted by the platform's verification system.

5. Permitted Use of the Platform

Malbet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.

• 5.1 You may access and use the Platform only for lawful personal recreational betting and gaming purposes.
• 5.2 You may not use automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by Malbet.
• 5.3 You may not access restricted areas of the Platform's technical infrastructure, attempt to circumvent security measures or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• 5.4 You accept full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Malbet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.

6. Deposits & Payments

Malbet accepts deposits through the payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of your transaction. Payment method availability is subject to change and may vary by account jurisdiction and operator policy. You must always check the current live cashier for active deposit options.

Familiar Pakistan payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for general Pakistani payment context only. • 6.1 All deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions. No specific processing timeframe is guaranteed — actual timelines depend on operator procedures and applicable third-party payment processes.

• 7.1 All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Accounts with incomplete KYC will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is finalised.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers are governed by this Agreement and by any specific terms applicable to the individual promotion, as published in the promotions section at the time the offer is active.

• 8.1 Bonus amounts are illustrative where so labelled. Actual available offers, values and applicable wagering requirements must be confirmed in the live promotions section prior to opt-in.
• 8.2 Each promotional offer will specify its wagering requirement (the multiple of the bonus amount, or deposit plus bonus, that must be staked in qualifying games before the resulting funds become withdrawable), its minimum deposit, its qualifying game categories and its validity period.
• 8.3 Bonus funds and real-money funds may be held in separate balance pools depending on the promotion. The order in which balances are used during gameplay will be disclosed in the applicable bonus terms.
• 8.4 Malbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
• 8.5 Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate offers, coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting or staking patterns designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination and bonus forfeiture.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming sessions on Malbet are subject to the specific sports betting rules and casino game rules published within the relevant product area of the platform. The following general provisions apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• 9.1 Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the rules in force at the time the bet is placed. Malbet's decision on all bet settlements is final, subject to an internal dispute resolution process.
• 9.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or communication failure that affects the outcome of a bet or gaming session, Malbet reserves the right to declare the affected round void. No pay-out will be made on bets placed during confirmed system errors.
• 9.3 Malbet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum win or maximum payout on any market, game or event at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• 9.4 Live sports markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other events — are subject to real-time availability and may be suspended or settled early in accordance with applicable event rules.
• 9.5 Malbet does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market or sporting event. The platform content may change without notice.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination and/or forfeiture of all balances:

• 10.1 Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods or devices.
• 10.2 Using automated betting software, artificial intelligence systems, bots, macros, scripts or any other non-human interaction mechanism.
• 10.3 Colluding with other players, engaging in chip-dumping, exploiting sports match information not publicly available, or any form of advantage play that constitutes fraud.
• 10.4 Depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal activities, including money laundering, fraud or proceeds of criminal conduct.
• 10.5 Submitting false, altered or fraudulent identity documents during the KYC verification process.
• 10.6 Attempting to reverse, charge back or otherwise dispute a genuine transaction with your payment provider while retaining any corresponding winnings.
• 10.7 Exploiting any software bug, error or miscalculated odds — any winnings arising from a manifest error may be voided at Malbet's discretion.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by Malbet

Malbet reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account — including preventing further deposits, bets or withdrawals — at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that may cause harm to Malbet or other users.

11.2 Permanent Closure by Malbet

Malbet may permanently close an account without notice upon confirmed breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to fraud or prohibited conduct, all balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to law enforcement agencies as appropriate.

11.3 Voluntary Closure by User

You may request permanent closure of your account at any time by contacting Malbet support. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to you subject to completed KYC verification and applicable withdrawal conditions. Active bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise stated.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Malbet and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

Malbet's total liability in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim, in all circumstances.

Malbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permissible under applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, software code, game content, data and intellectual property on the Malbet platform are the exclusive property of Malbet or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Malbet platform except for incidental temporary copies created during your normal browser use and single copies for personal, non-commercial reference purposes only.

14. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Malbet platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

Malbet collects and processes personal data only to the extent necessary to operate your account, comply with KYC and AML obligations, process transactions and improve the platform experience. We do not sell personal data to third parties for independent marketing purposes. 15. Responsible Gambling

Malbet is committed to responsible gambling.
